We want you to be completely happy with your ATMA products. If a product is nevertheless not what you expected, below you will find the return and refund conditions applicable in our shop, owned and administrated by Telstra SRL, which operates the ATMA brand in collaboration with Bhakti Marga Romania. Deliveries are arranged through the Woot shipping platform (woot.ro), an integrator working with multiple courier companies (for example DPD, Cargus, Sameday).
Right of withdrawal — 14 days
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days, without having to give a reason and without penalties, in accordance with Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 on consumer rights in distance contracts. The 14-day period starts on the day you (or a third party designated by you, other than the courier) take physical possession of the products. For orders with several products delivered separately, the period starts on receipt of the last product.
How to notify us
To exercise your right of withdrawal, send us an email at hello@bhaktimarga.ro, within the 14-day period, stating:
- your order number;
- the product or products you wish to return;
- the name and contact details used for the order.
We will confirm receipt of your request and let you know the address to which the return parcel should be sent. The products must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your decision to withdraw.
Return shipping costs
The cost of return shipping is borne by you, unless the product is faulty, damaged or was delivered to you in error — in which case we cover the return costs in full. We recommend using a tracked courier service; returned products remain your responsibility until we receive them.
Condition of returned products
Products must be returned unused, in their original condition, with labels attached and, as far as possible, in their original packaging. You may handle and inspect the products as you would in a physical store (for example, trying on a garment); however, you are responsible for any diminished value of the products resulting from handling beyond that, and the refunded amount may be reduced accordingly.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
By law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- personalised or made-to-order products, produced to your specifications;
- sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene or health-protection reasons, if they have been unsealed after delivery;
- digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, once access or download has begun with your prior consent.
Refunds
We will refund the value of the returned products, including the cost of the original standard delivery (if you return the entire order), no later than 14 days from the date we receive the returned products or from the date you provide proof of having shipped them, whichever comes first. The refund is made using the same payment method you used for the order — that is, to the card you paid with, via Stripe. Depending on your bank, the amount may appear in your account within a few business days of processing. We do not charge any fee for refunds.
Faulty or damaged products
If you have received a faulty product, one damaged in transit, or a different product from the one you ordered, we apologise — write to us at hello@bhaktimarga.ro with your order number and, if possible, a few photos. In this case, we cover the return costs and, at your choice and under the legal guarantee of conformity (Government Emergency Ordinance no. 140/2021), we will replace the product or refund the full amount paid.
Event and course tickets
Tickets to physical events and courses scheduled for a specific date follow the rules in the dedicated section of our Terms and Conditions: free cancellation is not possible, and no refunds are given once a course has started. Do contact us at contact@bhaktimarga.ro, though — we will look for a solution together.
